Mentors at MentorCruise have already agreed to a confidentiality clause (Clause XI in the mentoring agreement).
If any party wishes some extra protection, you can sign a formal confidentiality agreement.
Typically, confidentiality agreements are useful for further protecting the exchange of classified information for both sides.
They can be signed between a mentor and a mentee directly.
A non-disclosure agreement is a legally enforceable contract that prohibits the unauthorized figure (in our example, the mentor) from sharing classified information.
NDAs are typically used to create a binding contract between a disclosing party and a receiving party. Other than the confidentiality agreement, these have to be signed typically by a director of the disclosing party or other person with authority to sign.
